Dr. Anderson and his staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Erin at the front desk was very helpful providing accurate insurance info and an appt promptly. The office was clean and well organized. Dr. Anderson and the asst explained everything before, during and after the root canal. The initial shot to numb the area was well done, I barely felt it. I highly recommend the gas, as it takes the edge off and makes the time go quicker. An excellent experience overall.

This is my second visit. I specifically asked to go to Dr. Anderson. I have had several root cannels and his are the least painful. I could almost fall asleep during the operation.

Dr. Anderson performed a root canal on #13 yesterday. This is my seventh root canal. I'd had a couple done by my regular dentist, and therest done by an old warhorse endodontist over the course of 10 years in his late 70s who didn't want to retire. The 30,000' view - totally positive experience - from the initial telephone contact and information giving, to arrival and the prodcedure itself. Dr. Anderson has a 3D imaging machine I'd not seen before. That was cool. What really impressed me was h is ability to interpret the scans/images, ask questions, and arrive at a reallyl pristine diagnosis. I'd had the normal intense pain from tooth #13, but had been unagle to see my regular dentist for four days. By that time the pain had almost disappeared. I experienced no pain with the root canal procedure, normal these days. I was in and out in just over an hour. Like others have reported, I got a phone call this morning from Dr. Anderson asking after me. Nice...

I had an exceptional experience at Wine Country Endodontics with Dr. Craig Anderson. He is truly a master of his craft—his precision, professionalism, and obsession with the quality of his work were evident at every step. You can tell he holds himself to the highest standards, and that level of care inspires complete confidence. The procedure was smooth, surprisingly comfortable, and far less intimidating than I imagined. The staff was equally welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience as pleasant as possible given the circumstances. That said, and with all due respect, I sincerely hope not to become one of Dr. Anderson’s regulars—though if I ever need endodontic care again, I know exactly where I'm going. Highly recommended for anyone seeking expert care and an experience that puts you at ease.

Everyone was very nice. I had a root canal done and no pain or problems. And it was nice that the Dr. Anderson called me the next day to see how things were going.

I would highly recommend Dr. Craig Anderson as an Endodontist. He is very professional, very caring, and welcomes questions. He is more than willing to take the time with you that you need. He explains things so that you understand what’s going on and checks in with you during the procedure to make sure you’re tolerating the treatment well. I have formerly worked in the dental field and feel that I am in the best of hands with Dr. Anderson!
